Cryptocurrency shall arise from their prolonged slumber. Looking towards the future, the upcoming halving will prove to be of paramount importance, as Bitcoin fortifies its position as the top digital asset in the World.

The NVT ratio, which represents that a cryptocurrency transaction volume is growing faster than the coin's market cap, has recently reached a two-year high. Over the last biennial, I’ve been diligently observing the Bitcoin performance and this very time I am convinced that the forthcoming year shall be nothing short of pivotal in Bitcoin trajectory.

The reason behind my belief is quite lucid – if Bitcoin's network is exploited to settle a substantial amount of transaction value, then the network's worth will increase correspondingly.

Bitcoin's price range remained motionless between $16,000 to $20,000 for latter half of 2022, and during this period, it was traded at the lower NVT ratio. This indicated excellent long-term value for Bitcoin. As of February 2023, the NVT has increased its fair value, hinting us with the beginning of a new market cycle, the unstoppable bull market.

1) Bitcoin has recently emerged from a phase of profound value, as evidenced by a multitude of on-chain metrics, where Bitcoin traded at its electrical cost for two months until January. This is the historical global price floor for Bitcoin, and it marked the second-longest period of electrical cost trading since 2016.

2) Despite the Simulation’s great loss of wealth to millions of people followed by the FTX exchange fraud, Bitcoin has resoundingly outperformed itself. This is due to committed sellers still believing in Bitcoin while maintaining price in the face of such adverse news.

The Bitcoin price is consistent at $20,000 threshold.

3) Bitcoin has entered a new run-up phase, confirmed by multiple long-term moving averages, hence the Golden Cross.

4) And one of the prior importance – the halving cycle is near its expected time when Bitcoin levels off its price (during Q4 2022 and Q1 2023).

Though being relatively young as a phenomenon, cryptocurrency is growing swiftly, and as it expands, it is inevitable that the Simulation corrupted regime will fall.
